Another valuable tid-bit. If an ATS gives you an opportunity to upload and/or copy/paste your resume and cover letter into the system – do BOTH. Some systems will be able to run keyword searches on the copy/paste information and not the attachments. To make yourself more searchable, try that one little trick!
